PP woven cloth coil high-speed slitting machine

Purpose:



It is suitable for slitting and rewinding of coated paper, PE coated paper, adhesive tape, woven fabric and paper-plastic composite coiled materials. This machine is mainly used for slitting and rewinding of bottom pasting patches of square bottom valve bags.


Performance and features:



1. The equipment adopts a two-section combined structure with separate unwinding and winding mechanisms.

2. It adopts PLC computer controlled three-motor high-speed synchronous running and automatic tension control.

3. It is provided with such functions as automatic metering, speed display, preset speed reduction in advance and machine stopping, fault alarm and display, etc.

4. The shaftless feeding mode is adopted for unwinding. The 8-inch material spindle universal structure is provided with photoelectric deviation correction function.

5. The upper and lower A and B two-shaft independent winding mode is adopted for winding. The chain moves upwards and downwards to carry out automatic discharging.

6. Round knife longitudinal cutting waste edge automatic discharging device.

Machine configuration and function description:



1. Unwinding part:

(1) The shaftless feeding structure is adopted. The unwinding plug is suitable for the 8-inch material spindle.

(2) The machine frame adopts a steel sheet overall welding structure. The linear guide rail is used to carry out leftward and rightward movement and clamp the material spindle.

(3) It adopts a photoelectric deviation correction system to carry out leftward and rightward movement for deviation correction.

(4) It adopts Yanxin brand magnetic powder controller for tension control.


2. Main machine part:

The wallboard of the integral machine frame at the two sides of the main machine adopts a 40mm thick high quality A3 steel sheet structure.


2.1 Driving and transmission mechanisms:

(1) The main motor is 5.5KW Siemens vector motor.

(2) The frequency converter of Yaskawa is adopted.

(3) The transmission mechanism that combines the synchronous belt pulley and synchronous belt is adopted for transmission.


2.2 Traction device:

(1) The main motor drives the traction double roller and driving roller.

(2) Cylinder control is adopted for clamping. The clamping cylinder specification: φ63×30mm


2.3 Slitting device:

(1) The round knife slitting device is adopted. The slitting width can be freely adjusted manually.

(2) Fan waste blowing device: The fan is adopted to blow out wastes and leftovers, which can be collected by mesh cages provided by customers.


3. Winding device:

The winding method of surface winding + central winding double mechanism is adopted. The air expansion shafts at the upper and lower double work stations carry out winding simultaneously.

(1) The winding motor is 7.5KW Siemens vector motor.

(2) The frequency converter of Yaskawa is adopted, with motor speed, coil diameter, winding pressure, fault indication, etc.

(3) The mechanical arm adopts the linear guide rail running mode.

(4) Winding and discharging form: The chain moves upwards and downwards to carry out automatic lifting and discharging.


4. Control part:

The integral control cabinet and distribution box are adopted for centralized control.

The control system of this machine can be divided into several parts such as main machine speed control part, unwinding tension control part and winding tension control part, with such functions as coil diameter display, winding length automatic metering, shift output, fault indication, etc.


5. Auxiliary facilities:

(These are not covered in the factory configuration and shall be provided by users.)
